The Northlake Christian Wolverine Wrestling program is part of the LHSAA Conference (Louisiana High School Athletic Association) District 7-1A.     The program is open to: Varsity (9th - 12th Grade), Junior Varsity (9th - 11th Grade) Junior High (7th - 8th Grade) and Elementary (5th - 6th Grade). Try-outs for various teams are held in mid-October, at the NCS gym.     The season runs from the beginning of October and ends with the State Championship Tournament the first week of February. Practices take place during the week, generally Monday - Friday after school. Tournaments are held Friday evenings and Saturday afternoons. NCS students who have a 2.0 grade point average (or better) can try out and belong to the team.
