Wolverines edge U-Lab 1-0 to advance to Division III State Championship!!
COVINGTON—The No. 2 seed Northlake Christian Wolverines, the defending state Division III champions,
collected a first half goal against the visiting Cubs and played defense the rest of the way to secure a
spot in the LHSAA State Championship Game against top-seeded Country Day, who defeated Saint Thomas 4-2 on PKs to
advance.
Wolverines battle back to defeat St. Martins, move on to semi-finals
NEW ORLEANS — The No. 2 seed Northlake Christian Wolverines, the defending state Division III champions, showed that they have
heart to go along with the talent.
Northlake was down 1-0 against St. Martins at the half but Senior Devin Milazzo tied the score with just 13 minutes to go in the game. The Wolverines
then got a goal from Weston Acosta in overtime to for the 2-1 victory and move on to host a semi-final game on Saturday. Stay tuned for more details.

COVINGTON — The No. 21 seed Northlake Christian Lady Wolverines (7-15-1) found themselves looking toward next year as the visiting,
No. 5 seeded Sacred Heart Cardinals (13-8-2) sent them packing with a 9-0 loss Wednesday in the Regional round of the Division III state soccer playoffs held at Wolverines Stadium.
NCS entered the second round thanks to a thrilling 2-1 victory over their cross-town rival the Archbishop Hannan Lady Hawks..
